Liyah Hair™ has the finest quality human hair – Virgin Remy hair, to add instant length, volume, and style.

Virgin Remy hair is the highest grade of human hair on the market. This is because the hair still has its outer cuticle layer and all the follicles face the same direction. This makes your Liyah Hair™ last longer, stay shinier, feel silky, and stay tangle free.

Liyah Hair™ is also a double-drawn hair extension. This means that the strands are the same thickness from root to tip rather than becoming wispy at the ends. This process is very laborious, resulting in a bit higher price, but the very best quality.


 - What’s the Virgin Remy Hair?

Virgin Remy hair is not a brand, but a grading system for hair extensions. It’s considered the finest quality because, unlike non-virgin remy hair extensions, the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped. Preserving the hairs’ cuticles and aligning them creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance, keeps them soft, and they’re less likely to tangle.


- How long will my Liyah Hair™ last?

The lifespan of your Liyah Hair™ will depend on how often you wear it and how well you take care of it. For 8A hair & extensions, our estimate is anywhere from 6 months up to 1 year. For 10A hair & extension, our estimate is anywhere from 1 to 2 years.

For the longest life, you want to avoid excessive heat, excessive brushing, and excessive washing. Styling products have chemicals in them that are not meant for dead, processed hair extensions. Because of this, it is likely that these products will cause drying, damage, matting, and severe tangling. Anything you put in your own hair besides hairspray can rub off onto the extension so be mindful.

Heat Styling Tools: The excessive use of heat tools (curling iron, flat iron, blow dryer) are not preferred or recommended. If you choose to use a heat tool, adjust setting to low to help keep the hair looking healthy. Using steam or dry rollers will ensure longer lasting extensions. Steam or dry rollers cause less stress to hair than heat tools.

Hair Styling Products: Hair finishing and styling products should be used sparingly. Too much product will cause buildup on extensions. Hair Extension can be gently washed with a shampoo specifically for hair extensions.


- How often should I wash my Liyah Hair ™?

Try to wash your Liyah Hair™ only when it’s 100% necessary. You should aim to wash every 1-2 months or when you feel there is a lot of product buildup making it difficult to style. Since the hair is not attached to your scalp, it will not receive natural oil, so you don’t need to wash it as often as you would your own hair.

We recommend sulfate-free shampoo and intensive treatment conditioning system. Always condition your hair after shampooing.


- Can I color my Liyah Hair ™? 

Our 10A virgin hair has the finest quality, it can be dyed or bleached to #27, our 8A virgin hair can be dyed or bleached to #33. We recommend going to a color specialist.


- What’s the best temperature when using hot tools, such as flat iron or curling iron?

We recommend 320-360 °F or lower. Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.


- How many hair bundles can make a full head?

The weight of one bundle hair is 3.5 oz, we recommend taking 3-4 bundles for a full head. For hair longer than 20inch, 4 bundles are highly recommended.


- How to comb the hair?

Brush periodically throughout the day from the ends up. Gently detangling is the best way to keep your hair from tangling and prevent breakage/hair loss. For straight hair: Use a wide-tooth comb. For wavy or curly hair: use your fingers :)



- When will my order be shipped?

Your orders will be processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 3:00 pm EST.

For orders placed after 3:00 pm EST, we will ship out the next business day after payment is received. We ship from Atlanta, USA.


- When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.


- How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all United States orders. For international orders, the cost will also be calculated at checkout.


- How long does shipping take?

United States: Our standard shipping is UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, it usually takes 2-3 business days. We also offer UPS Next Day shipping which usually takes 1-2 business days depending on where you live to postal hubs.

Canada & International: We offer DHL, UPS, and USPS for all international orders. It usually takes 5-7 business days for express shipping, and 7-15 business days for standard shipping. Actual shipping time may vary due to locations, holidays, and carriers.


- My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for UPS is 1 (800) 742-5877. The phone number for USPS is 1 (800) 275-8777. The phone number for DHL is 1 (800) 225-5345. If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.

Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

If customers have signed a standing shipping release for a delivery to be left at the door or in their mailbox then we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, Liyah Hair™ does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.



- What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

- Why is my transaction not going through?
Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our Risk Review team to ensure the protection of our customers.

- Why did Customer Care email me to verify my order?
Orders over $500 may require additional verification prior to shipping. Our team will contact you if this is required for your order.

- Does Liyah Hair keep my personal credit card information?
We never stores your credit card information. This is the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments — a secure form of payment that is heavily encrypted by third-party payment processors. You can allow Shopify Payments to remember your card information for quicker future checkout.



- What’s your Return/Exchange Policy?

Liyah Hair offer 30-day Guarantee: if you are not happy with your Liyah Hair products, you can exchange or refund your order within 30 days of purchase as long as you follow the below instruction:  

  • Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner
  • Hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top
  • Hair must be in its original packaging

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping fee.

- How to request a return or exchange?
Send us an email to support@liyahhair.com. You must contact us prior to sending your return so we can provide your return information. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.
